Traffic violations are one of the most common types of offence committed by people all over the world. Many people commit violations without even realizing that they are doing it; however the law does not accept ignorance as an excuse when it comes to violations. Many people get stopped, fined and even arrested each day through traffic violations, and these days the punishment for violations can be very harsh indeed, and the more serious the violation the harsher the punishment is likely to be.

• Principal in the first degree - he engaged in the felonious conduct;
• Principal in the second degree - he was present, aided and abetted its commission;
• Accessory before the fact - he was not present but aided and abetted prior to the commission of the felony;
• Accessory after the fact - he was not present but aided thereafter in order to protect the principal(s)
