Financial: Bankruptcy & Debt

Bankruptcy is a legal process by which you can deal with your debts when you can no longer pay them. By filing bankruptcy, you may be able to l) get most of your bills discharged (wiped out), 2) keep all or most of your property which may have otherwise been lost to creditors, and/or get extra time to pay your bills if you have regular income.
